I've been doing this for over 15 years and I'm still just as obsessed with it as when I started. Self-taught. Stubborn about quality. Completely serious about making things that actually work for the people they're made for.
I work out of Nixa, MO. I have 94 tattoos, two cats, and an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription that I use every single day.

My work lives at the intersection of brand strategy and illustration. I make things that look good AND work hard. A logo that gets forgotten isn't doing its job.
I run VS Media LLC, VS Studios, Vanessa.Inks (tattoo artistry), and VStudio Illustrations out of the same brain. Each one feeds the others. The illustration work makes the brand work better. The tattooing keeps my hand sharp. The design keeps the lights on.
I work with startups, small businesses, creatives, nonprofits, and anyone else who needs something that looks real. Budget doesn't determine who gets quality work from me. It determines the scope.
